There are various reasons why your account was suspended. It may have been suspended because it has expired and payment has not been made for the renewal or probably because the account was involved in activities that go against our Terms of Service.
If your account was suspended because it expired and you would like to restore it, login to your clientarea and move your mouse over "My Account" >> Invoices to view the pending invoice for your account. Once you have made payment for the renewal, your account be Unsuspended.
